Hidden within this Tallebudgera Valley property are famous movie props from cult classics.
Owners Peter and Jody, who worked on movie sets for almost 30 years, are unveiling their extraordinary collection of famous movie props as they prepare to part with their estate.
Throughout the years, Peter and Jody have slowly built their cinematic collection and incorporated the props into the property.
Among the items are props featured in Peter Pan, Scooby Doo, Ghost Rider, Pirates of the Caribbean: Voyage of the Dawn Treader and King Kong Skull Island.
The shed houses hatch doors from Peter Pan that can be seen on the deck of the pirate ship in the movie.
By the pool, you can find a one-of-a-kind sculpture featured on the set of Scooby Doo.
“All of the props are so unique and add such a personal touch to the property,” said Jody.
“My personal favourite is the angel from Ghost Rider that greets you up the driveway.”
The estate spans across 1.04Ha of land, complete with two full-sized houses, a private dam and pond, scenic valley views and abundant bird life.
“When you first drive into the property you get a feeling of true serenity and relaxation,” said Jody.
“The property has a microclimate of its own. It can rain even when it’s not raining on the coast.”

“After 20 years of living here, it is very sad to let go of this property; it’s like a world of its own,” said Jody.
