We’ve seen a surge in sale prices across the Gold Coast in the last 12 months, the latest data from Pricefinder.com.au shows us just how much suburb values have increased.

 

Data is revealing that in 2021 Miami, Burleigh Waters and Tallebudgera are some of the top growing suburbs achieving record sale prices. According to PriceFinder, the median sale price in Burleigh Waters is a whopping $1.18 million and a $1.23 million in nearby suburb Miami. We’ve also seen suburbs such as Varsity Lakes see a 20% growth in average sale prices and a 22.1% increase in Mudgeeraba.
